I need to be able to have test data displayed to help with designing my UI for my Universal App project. How do I setup design data within a Universal App?

Here are a few questions for you:

What is an average PubCenter eCPM?
Do you have any tips for increasing PubCenter eCPM?
Are there any specific tips for bringing apps back to life versus new apps?

Do you know of a good way for demultiplexing video streams on WP8? I asked in the Nokia Developer Discussion Boards, but never really received a great answer.

This is a topic a little easier started on Skype. Ping me and I’ll be happy to help as much as I can. Perhaps it’ll evolve into an article that can help others. I agree that there is not enough about this. Apologies for the horribly late response, blog got a little bogged down with spam and you ended up in the wrong folder.
